Having had the Milano Cross Town for a few weeks now I’m very happy to have purchased them. They are a more robust Milano, with the same comfort and support. They are a little heavier but that didn’t take long to get used to. They are less prone than the standard Milano to getting debris flicked up annoyingly into the footbed. The Cross town sole is more grippy and easier on my feet/ankles than the std Milano, the leather is thick and very robust. I came from a narrow fitting and this has taken a little while to get the straps correct for a comfortable snug fit. If you want robust outdoor walking Milano’s, I can recommend these.
